Please note that, to the extent permitted by applicable law, purchases made via our website are non-refundable and/or non-exchangeable, unless otherwise stated here in or is required by applicable law.

In addition to refund rights available under applicable laws, if you made a purchase directly on our website and the money-back option was presented to you during the checkout, you are eligible to receive a refund provided that all of the following conditions are met:

• Contact us:Reach out to us via email at contact@pdfbeast.com within 30 days of your initial purchase and before the end of your subscription period.
• Technical Issues:You must have encountered errors or other technical problems with the product. Confirm these issues by providing screenshots or screen recordings.

We will review your application and notify you by email regarding the approval status.

IMPORTANT STATEMENT

Fulfillment of all the above requirements is necessary to qualify for a full voluntary refund under the "Money-back guarantee." However, please be aware that this guarantee does not apply in the following cases:

• Personal reasons (you don't like the product, it did not meet your expectations, etc.);
• Financial reasons (you did not expect that you will be charged, that the 7-day introductory period will be converted into a subscription, that the subscription will automatically renew, or that the services are paid, etc.).

Note for the EU residents

If you are an EU user, you have a period of 14 days to withdraw from a contract, without giving any reason, and without incurring any costs.

You may use the model withdrawal form , but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you have been presented with and you have provided your prior express consent to begin the performance during the right of withdrawal period and acknowledgement that you will lose your right of withdrawal, then, unless the Service is defective, you will not be eligible to a refund in relation to digital content and will only be eligible to a proportional refund in relation to digital service. If this provision applies, we will provide you with a copy of the confirmation of your prior express consent and acknowledgement on a durable medium.
